Responsibilities
- Analyze global mega-trends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic indicators to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop actionable innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for organizations navigating post-2025 volatility
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into corporate strategy
- Produce trend briefings and strategic foresight reports for C-suite executives
- Identify emerging business models and competitive disruptors in 5 key verticals
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills translating complex futures into business strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
