Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, market shifts, and socio-economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks for enterprise transformation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to envision future business models and customer experiences
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and scenario-planning documents for executive stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market viability
- Establish thought leadership through industry publications, conferences, and media engagements
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Strategy, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ major innovation projects with measurable impact
- Experience in venture capital or corporate innovation labs highly valued
