Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning models for global markets
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Present future trend insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible product roadmaps
- Drive thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizons
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
