Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop predictive trend models for 2026 market landscapes and consumer behavior shifts
- Architect strategic roadmaps for enterprise innovation and digital transformation
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product development
- Author thought leadership content and scenario-planning frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or technology foresight roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains (AI, Web3, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven experience developing scenario-planning frameworks and trend forecasting models
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive communication experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
