Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026+ technology landscape (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks for long-term innovation planning
- Translate future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Advise executive team on emerging risks and strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies and disruptive innovation models
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Portfolio of published future outlooks or strategic frameworks
