- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping 2026-era solutions using advanced simulation platforms
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Partner with C-suite to translate foresight into investment priorities and operational blueprints
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Advanced degree in Technology Foresight, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Futures Studies (AFS) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Published research on 2026 technological convergence points
- Experience with scenario planning and probabilistic modeling tools
