Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech gaps and innovation opportunities
- Partner with venture capital teams to evaluate and integrate emerging startups
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Produce annual technology impact assessments for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Represent company at global tech summits (CES, Web Summit, etc.)
- Mentor innovation lab teams in rapid prototyping and agile methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Published research or patents in disruptive technology fields
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Certification in AI ethics or sustainable technology systems
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
