Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech) for competitive advantage integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and innovation ROI tracking
- Champion a culture of experimentation and responsible innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
