Responsibilities
- Lead strategic technology planning for 2026-2030 horizon, identifying emerging trends and disruptive innovations
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Partner with product teams to translate future visions into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish cross-industry alliances with leading research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage innovation incubation programs for next-generation technologies
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their strategic implications
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech innovation
- Proven track record in developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and boards of directors
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
