Responsibilities
- Architect 3-year technology roadmaps for 2026-2029 initiatives
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, neuromorphic)
- Present strategic briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Secure $5M+ in annual R&D funding through compelling proposals

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ IPOs)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains
- Published research in IEEE/Nature or equivalent
- Advanced degree in CS/Engineering with PhD preferred
- Executive presence with board-level presentation skills
