- Direct cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology roadmaps to investors and board members
- Drive adoption of sustainable and ethical tech frameworks
- Mentor senior engineers on future-proof architecture principles
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record in scaling tech startups or enterprise innovation
- Deep expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism (Harvard Business Review/MIT Review)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MBA from Tier 1 institution
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, Porter's Five Forces)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding
