- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling investor pitches
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Oversee development of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance
- Present quarterly technology foresight briefings to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to $100M+ valuations
- Expertise in quantum computing, blockchain, and generative AI architectures
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Published author in peer-reviewed tech journals (Nature, IEEE)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for global partnerships
