Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for commercial viability and integration
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and innovation gaps
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Manage partnerships with tech incubators and research institutions
- Conduct competitive intelligence and scenario planning for 2026 tech landscape
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services (2018-2025)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, or biotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Forecasting preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
