Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) to map 2026+ strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future product ecosystems and service models
- Develop technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption timelines and regulatory landscapes
- Present future vision to C-suite executives and key stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption metrics across emerging tech domains
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership within tech-forward industries
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercialized products
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight methodologies preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools and horizon scanning frameworks
- Strong background in ethical tech governance and responsible innovation principles
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex future concepts to diverse audiences
