Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for quantum AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen autonomous systems
- Secure $10M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA
- Partner with Fortune 500 companies to implement 2026-tech pilots
- Present at Davos and CES on emerging tech ethics
- Drive patent portfolio expansion (15+ filings/year)
- Mentor PhD researchers in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ at director level
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum systems
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging tech
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (2020-2023)
