- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Establish ethical frameworks and sustainability protocols for next-gen deployments
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets and vendor ecosystems
- Represent company at global tech forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record scaling futuristic technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI governance, decentralized systems, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience managing cross-continental innovation teams and budgets >$3M
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFCS) or technology architecture
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in English with multilingual capabilities preferred
