- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into actionable R&D priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Present technology foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members

- Build and mentor a team of future technology analysts and innovation scouts
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, with 5+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record of translating emerging tech trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, or decentralized systems
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption and innovation strategy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Excellent communication skills for presenting futuristic concepts to diverse audiences
