Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps for 2026+ horizon, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate emerging risks
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech adoption
- Partner with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives with market evolution
- Produce forward-looking impact assessments for emerging technologies (Web4, neurointerfaces, etc.)
- Mentor innovation teams in rapid prototyping and future scenario planning
- Represent company at global tech summits and shape industry discourse
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 5+ year horizon planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech implementation projects
- Published research or patents in emerging technology fields
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
- Fluency in future trend analysis frameworks (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
