Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging threats and opportunities in digital transformation
- Produce strategic white papers and executive briefings on technology convergence trends
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Advise C-suite on technology investment decisions with 10-year impact projections
- Monitor global regulatory landscapes affecting emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record in developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong network of relationships in tech R&D and venture capital
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Prior experience working with regulatory bodies on tech policy
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
