Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead market research on emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Partner with engineering teams to evaluate and prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons for future tech ideation
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven experience with emerging technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Strong analytical and strategic planning capabilities
- Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with technology roadmapping and forecasting
- Deep understanding of ethical tech implementation frameworks
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation preferred
