- Develop 3-5 year technology foresight strategies aligned with market evolution and societal shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, Web4.0)
- Build competitive intelligence frameworks for disruptive tech adoption
- Partner with product teams to integrate future tech capabilities into roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging tech deployment
- Drive innovation lab initiatives for prototype validation and market testing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (quantum computing, AI, blockchain)
- Deep expertise in future methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Experience with strategic innovation frameworks (e.g., Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business required
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Innovation preferred
