Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record scaling AI/quantum systems in enterprise environments
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier journals
- Expertise in technology ethics frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act compliance)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
