Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record in scaling SaaS platforms to enterprise level
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, and quantum computing applications
- Certified in Agile/Scrum and technology roadmapping (TOGAF preferred)
- Published research in IEEE or similar journals on future tech trends
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams of 20+ engineers
