Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT/Stanford research partners
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Secure $10M+ in federal/state innovation grants for future-tech initiatives
- Shape industry standards through IEEE and World Economic Forum participation
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (or equivalent)
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum/AI applications
- Proven success scaling tech ventures to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in ISO 26000 and UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Active contributor to IEEE P2815 standards committee
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish preferred
