Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with technology pioneers and research institutions
- Quantify ROI of emerging technology investments through data-driven modeling
- Present future technology scenarios to executive stakeholders for decision-making
- Mentor technology teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives (2020-2025)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Strategic Foresight, or related field
