Responsibilities
- Architect and execute technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) into core products
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technological shifts and develop mitigation/adaptation strategies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and Fortune 500 companies
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Drive innovation through R&D initiatives and patent development in next-gen technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and build a future-focused technology culture
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO/CTO-equivalent experience
- Proven track record of successfully launching technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotechnology, or other frontier technologies
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to visualize 5-10 year technology horizons
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with global technology policy and regulatory frameworks
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive analytics platforms
