Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration and AI autonomy
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech disruptions (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, Web4.0)
- Lead strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups in frontier tech
- Present future technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and board members
- Design ethical frameworks for responsible AI and biotech innovation deployment
- Manage $10M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and R&D initiatives
- Represent company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging fields (quantum/AI/blockchain/metaverse)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Futures, or similar journals
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from foresight.org)
- Experience scaling tech initiatives from concept to global deployment
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or equivalent)
