Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability through 2026
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards with data-driven insights
- Manage vendor partnerships and pilot programs for cutting-edge technologies
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing 5+ year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
