- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling emerging tech solutions (AI, quantum, Web3)
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and academic collaborations
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption ROI and sustainability impact
- Mentor talent in future-focused methodologies and ethical tech frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-tech roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Executive experience in Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Certifications in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, APF) or technology management
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience leading cross-border innovation teams and vendor ecosystems
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Portfolio of implemented tech transformation initiatives
