Responsibilities

- Manage innovation portfolio allocation across R&D, prototyping, and commercialization phases
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor ethical implications of emerging technologies and develop responsible innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Experience building innovation ecosystems within large organizations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex technological scenarios
