Qualifications

- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products with $10M+ budgets
- Deep expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or future studies
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across multiple continents
