Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology forecasting for strategic decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Drive adoption of future-ready technologies across organizational divisions
- Manage vendor relationships and ecosystem partnerships for technology sourcing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
