- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and quantum data encryption
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets for future technology incubation projects
- Establish KPIs measuring technology adoption rates and ROI for futuristic solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or CTO-equivalent roles
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies with >$100M impact
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, quantum computing, or sustainable tech systems
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature Technology Review, or equivalent
- MSc/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Experience managing distributed R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
