Responsibilities
- Lead ideation and development of 2026-focused tech roadmaps across emerging domains
- Architect scalable prototypes for quantum-secure networks and autonomous systems
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on disruptive technologies (neuromorphic chips, bio-digital interfaces)
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with market evolution
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-tech implementation
- Drive sustainability integration in next-gen tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Proven track record of shipping disruptive products (portfolio required)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Deep familiarity with ISO 26000 and tech ethics frameworks
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning abilities
- Certification in Future Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with agile development in experimental environments
