Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of 2026-era technologies in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging tech adoption across global markets
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate breakthrough innovations
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Manage innovation portfolios with $50M+ R&D budgets
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify emerging startups for acquisition
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen technology deployment
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and global innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Global network connections with tech innovators and research institutions
