Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable impact metrics
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, biotech convergence, neurointerfaces) for commercial viability
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation strategies
- Mentor a team of 12+ researchers and engineers in experimental prototyping
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, generative AI frameworks, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech journals (e.g., Nature Technology, IEEE Spectrum)
- Experience managing cross-continental R&D teams across 3+ time zones
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Proficiency in technology lifecycle management tools (e.g., PTC Windchill, Jama Connect)
