Responsibilities

- Develop 3-5 year strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis and market positioning for emerging tech domains
- Mentor junior strategists and foster cross-functional innovation workshops
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching technology transformation initiatives
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive experience
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS ML, IBM Quantum) preferred
