Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, including quantum computing, AI governance frameworks, and metaverse integration
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Author thought leadership content on technological ethics and societal impact
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advise on compliance strategies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in developing future-forward technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts for executive audiences
- Published work in tech journals or industry thought leadership platforms
