Responsibilities
- Lead development of 2026+ technology adoption strategy across 5 vertical markets
- Identify and evaluate emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Design scalable frameworks for ethical AI implementation and governance
- Partner with C-suite to align tech initiatives with business growth targets
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven KPIs
- Present strategic briefings to board members and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Deep expertise in at least 3 of: quantum computing, generative AI, neuromorphic chips
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (Harvard Business Review, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ tech professionals
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
