Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives

- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives from concept through prototype development
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Develop technology adoption frameworks and market entry strategies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic pivots
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, biotech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains with published research or patents
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex tech ecosystems
