Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with potential industry disruption by 2026
- Develop strategic roadmaps for adopting next-gen innovations including quantum AI and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence in emerging tech sectors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate futuristic technologies into existing products
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory developments affecting innovation
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with focus on emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, blockchain, biotech, or climate tech
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Strong analytical skills with ability to forecast tech adoption curves
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in agile environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
