- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position company as future industry leader
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technology initiatives with business objectives
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and technology incubators
- Monitor ethical implications and regulatory landscapes of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends and implementing future-oriented solutions
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum, nanotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating past strategic technology initiatives
