Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market trends through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and next-gen digital platforms
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders
- Manage cross-functional projects from ideation to implementation
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record in developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, blockchain, AR/VR, or quantum computing applications
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech innovation initiatives
