Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives spanning hardware, software, and biotech integration
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and adoption strategies to C-suite executives and investors
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons, patent programs, and emerging tech incubation
- Analyze competitive landscapes to position InnovateCorp as a first-mover in key markets
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech commercialization
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough technologies to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech convergence
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-continental teams
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry forums
- Fluency in at least one programming language and familiarity with cloud-native architectures
