Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and assess commercial viability for 2026 market entry
- Develop technology adoption roadmaps aligned with strategic business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen product concepts
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Monitor regulatory implications of futuristic technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical information
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating previous technology strategy projects
