- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, climate, and urban mobility
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Develop patentable frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and ethical AI governance
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and investor stakeholders with data-backed projections
- Manage $5M+ R&D budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Drive partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Sustainable Systems
- Proven track record of launching 3+ market-defining tech products
- Expertise in futures methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Global network with Fortune 500 innovation labs and academia
