Responsibilities
- Develop 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing emerging tech pilots
- Conduct competitive analysis of next-gen tech adoption patterns
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and venture partners
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused prioritization
- Establish partnerships with university research labs and startups
- Anticipate ethical implications of disruptive technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or synthetic biology
- MBA or equivalent from top-tier institution preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (IEEE, Nature Tech)
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Proficient in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese a significant advantage
