Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and climate-positive innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3-year implementation horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with exponential potential
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment in regulated industries
- Present technology strategy to C-suite and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor junior technologists in future-focused skill development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market (quantum/AI experience required)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature Technology Review or equivalent
- Deep understanding of UN SDGs and tech-for-good frameworks
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex tech ecosystems
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding or grants
