Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, AGI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and venture partners
- Manage $2M+ innovation lab budget and vendor ecosystem
- Author whitepapers on future tech disruption and regulatory implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging technology roles
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/AR/metaverse)
- Proven track record of launching commercialized innovations
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
