Responsibilities

- Develop technology roadmaps with 3-5 year predictive modeling
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape reviews for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to prototyping
- Represent company at industry forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation
- 5+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership role
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption frameworks (Gartner Hype Cycle, TechScape)
- Expertise in at least two 2026-critical domains: AI governance, sustainable tech, or neuro interfaces
- Strong data visualization and predictive modeling skills
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating technology strategy deliverables
- Exceptional communication with technical and non-technical audiences
